1 Sheet of Cardstock 6 1/2 x 10
1 Strip of Cardstock 1 1/2 x 12
1 Piece of Pattern Paper 3 1/2 x 5 1/4
1 piece of Pattern Paper 1 1/4 x 6 1/4
1 3/8 Circle Punch
Add adhesive on each inside scored piece & Fold together. Use a bone fold to create a nice fold. Use your circle punch and punch out 1/2 of the circle.
Cut your 1 1/2" Strip from a 12 x 12 piece of cardstock.

I used it create two CD holders for a Swap-Bot swap. Mine weren't as detailed as this but I was still pleased with how they turned out. Now that I have the basic CD holder shape, I can branch out.
