I made this card for the Limited Supply Challenge LSC124 on SCS. The main idea for this card is using black ink on white cardstock. The black polka dots were done using the NEW Polka Dot block stamp.Stamps: Hugs & Wishes and Thinking Happy Thoughts
Paper: White, Black, DSP, Pretty in Pink
Accessories: Scallop scissors, Circle punches, Small Round Corner punch, Flower Punch
