I made this for the Up Late & Stamping Challenge . Diane was the host for this challenge and she picked something to alter. I decided to alter a wooden photo frame I got at Michael's for a $1. If you would like to play along, please post it in the ULAS gallery and put "ULAS" in the keywords.Directions: Cut pieces of paper and embellishments and arrange on Frame. Clear the frame and cover it with mod podge (matte). Arrange the pieces of paper and let try. Arrange embellishments, cover with more mod podge. ***The mod podge is waterbased and will try clear so coat everything really good!
