Here is a card I designed for a special friend of mine. Even though we don't see eachother as often as we like, I need to send a little hello! I used the NEW set "Bloomin' Beautiful" from the NEW Stampin' Up! Mini Occasions Collection. The main image was watercolored and then the spritz tool was used once the image was dried. Patterned Paper can be found at "Mother's & Daughter Creations".
