This gorgeous paper from Imaginisce is called "Black Tie Optional". This particular pattern is called "Mayan Nights" and it work so good with the "Time Well Spent" stamp set from Stampin' Up! It is available in 12 x12, has cardstock quality and is double sided for all of your cards and projects.
Here is another card I designed but using a pattern called "Kitsch 'n Floral".
