Today's card is for Our Creative Corner challenge, which is every Saturday. This is my last week hosting and for my last challenge of the month, I thought we would try "Christmas in July". I had something totally different in mind for a card but then it came to me to do something a little bit different. I LOVE this holiday paper from Stampin' Up! and was so glad to know I stocked up on this beautiful paper last year.
The card measures 3 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 7. I scored the card every 3 1/2". As I decorated the card, I sort of just made it up as I went along and since I had my little handy sewing machine out, you guessed it... I added some fun stitching on my card as well.
Here is a picture of the card closed. Since the card needs a little help staying shut, I added the grosgrain ribbon to it.
