Special R.A.K. and Blog Candy Drawing

Happy Monday...

I have a special R.A.K. to share. For my design, I used some of my last few pieces of Afternoon Tea paper. I stamped the image and layered the flowers. The scalloped circle was done using my Nestabilities and cut out using my Creative Memories ovals. Just to give it some extra detail, I used my tool kit and added some fun detail.
