Hello friends...All of you have been busy rockin' Our Creative Corner challenges week after week! Thanks so much for playing along with us! I would like to send a BIG thanks to our August host Dawn Easton.
Today, we introduce our September host, Amy Sheffer from Pickled Paper Designs. Please join us and celebrate her Birthday, it's the BIG 40. Amy's challenge is for us is to make a humorous card. You can use a funny sentiment or image or find a creative, humorous way to use your stamps. Have fun with this one! If you don't have anything humorous, just choose a cute image or sentiment instead. When you're ready to play along just upload your project to your blog or gallery,so we can check it out. If you upload to SCS, use keyword: OCCC.
So what would a birthday be without presents? Next Friday at noon EST, we will be choosing one random participant to receive a JustRite DIY Monogram Stamper Kit - Special Occasions Font. This little kit, made by the folks at JustRite, includes almost everything you'll need to make your own 1-, 2-, or 3-letter monograms: a large alphabet set, two medium alphabet sets, three elegant borders, and a wooden stamp mount. The only things you'll need to add are ink and paper!
I would also like to add that our August guest designer Julee Tilman is still with us. That's because she is joining us as a permanent member of our Our Creative Corner! Woo hoo - welcome, Julee!! :)
Here is a close up of my card! I swear I have to get a better camera because as some of you know, the picture says it all!! Just in case you can't read the sentiment it reads "Put your big girl panties on and deal with it".I too also have a fun giveaway.
