Have a great weekend,

Happy Thursday & thanks for stopping by... Today's card is for the Ways to Use It challenge "WT188" over at Splitcoast. The challenge today is "Plaid". I LOVE plaid, especially at this time of year! It adds such a warm feeling to Christmas cards. Don't have plaid, how about some plaid ribbon, patterned paper or background stamp?...
Another fun post for Wednesday... When I saw last nights Sketch Challenge SC198, I wasn't really sure I was going to give it a try {I must of been super tired, LOL}. When I woke up this morning I decided to look at the sketch again. While looking at the sketch, I thought it would make a great stair step card. So I got right to it. If you remember, earlier this week I made a Halloween stair step card and I really liked how it turned out.

Today's fun project is for this week's Cuttlebug Challenge. The challenge is to use your Cuttlebug on something else but a card. Since its just a couple week's until Halloween, I wanted to make good use out of my NEW Halloween Dies from Sizzix.
For my design, I created this fun Halloween box to store some extra pieces using my Sizzix dies. This way I don't have to cut each & every time I need a NEW piece. I even added dividers in my box, the idea came from Nichole Heady's Blog. You can find the divider tutorial here.
Directions for box: Cut a piece of cardstock 8 x 8. Score all four sides at 1 1/2". Fold, cut and glue in the corners. {I use sticky tape when I make my boxes} For the lid, Cut a piece of 8 x 8 paper. Glue a piece of 8 x 8 decorative paper over the top & let dry. Score at 1 3/8 on all four sides. Fold, cut and glue in the corners. Decorate the top of box.
Thanks again for stopping by! Tomorrow I will post a card/project for a fun challenge by Mothers & Daughters Creations.
Have a wonderful day,

Happy Tuesday... Thank you for all of your wonderful comments and emails, Hannah seems to be getting better a little more each day! The doctor said it's not strep so I am hoping it is just a little bug of some sort!
Quick card, quick post. I created this for today's challenge Try a NEW Technique "TLC190". You can find all of the directions here. Later today, I will post my directions & the recipe! Well, I am off to take Hannah to the doctor.
Happy Friday... I wanted to post this yesterday but ran out of time. Since I LOVE to giveaway things, I thought I would turn this giveaway into a fun game... The first person to guess what is in the box will win it. Hint... It's not candy! :) Good luck and I will check back later to see if we have a winner.

On with the challenge... Here is a fun pop-up card I made for a fun challenge over at the Cuttlebug Challenge Blog. Every Wednesday a NEW challenge will be posted. Please stop by to see the fun samples and play along!
I am having so much fun with my NEW Halloween Sizzix dies, I hope I can find some fun Christmas ones so I can make a few Christmas pop-up cards to share! :)
