Hello and thanks for stopping by! Today's card is for this week's Featured Stamper "FS99" over at Splitcoast. Barbara's gallery is full of wonderful cards and projects, this is the card I cased. Congratulations Barbara, enjoy your special day! :)For my design, I cut out a scalloped heart using my heart Nestabilities. I layered another heart with a smaller heart for the frame and stamped on the sentiment. Once all the layers were added for the card, the scalloped heart was centered in the card. I added Elmers glue around the heart frame and sprinkled on some Martha Stewart snow glitter.
