Your card is so pretty. You always seem to know what embellishments to use and where to put them. As for my favorite embellishment it would have to be, I know this is going to sound boring but, it would be RIBBON!!!!! I think it adds a final touch. You can put it anywhere on the card and it brings warmth. I don't think its boring at all. It's just wonderful!
I am not very creative when it comes to embellishments...I tend to keep things simple, but I do love ribbons and blingy type thingies LOL!

As for my favorite embellishments, I go through phases. Right now I love Prima flowers. I just got my first pack and I am devouring them. Before that it was buttons and gems.

My favorite embellishments are some little silver dots I picked up--they came as a continuous line, but I cut them up to use individually. A short string of them make great bubbles for fish.

I think my favorite embellishment to "use" is ribbon. My favorite embellishment that I "don't use" are my primas. I never know where to put them or if the color matches so I usually just leave them sitting in their containers for viewing only.
Mine changed all the time...one minute I like to add glitter the next its ribbon, right now I seem to be adding a lot of brads to my cards!!!!
