Hello & thanks for stopping by! Today's card is another fun card I cased from the NEW Stampin' Up! catalog. You can see the card I cased on page 156. My daughter asked me to make her some Valentine cards to pass out to some of her friends. These were super easy to mass produce and even has a pocket to add some candy or gum.
For my design, I used a medium Stampin' Up! Envelope and punched out one of the ends using my scalloped edge punch from Stampin' Up. A piece of pink pirouette cardstock was placed inside the envelope and the corners were rounded using the corner rounder punch. The kraft cardstock was crimped and wrapped around the envelope. Since I LOVE polka dots, I used some of my NEW ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon and wrapped that around the kraft cardstock. For some added fun on the front of the card, I punched out two hearts using my heart Nestabilities and stamped on the sentiment from the Sweet Valentine set by Verve.
Enjoy your weekend!! Please stop by tomorrow, I will be posting my OCC card along with a fun giveaway.
