Hello & thanks for stopping by!! Today's project is for this week's challenge over at Our Creative Corner. Our April hostess, Silke Ledlow, has together a fun challenge. With Earth Day approaching April 22nd, she asked us to create a card/project using recycled items.I decided to turn a pickle jar into an adorable coin jar for my 5 year old. I ran the bottle & top through the dishwasher to sterilize it. I had these old rub-ons and added them throughout the bottle. I painted the lid and sealed the paint with a clear varnish. To finish it off, I added a little raffia around the neck of the bottle.
