For my sample, I used a stamp set by SU called Sweet Centers. I stamped the base of the balloon in chocolate chip and popped it up over an embossed piece of cardstock using my hearts embossing folder by Cuttlebug. Using my heart Nestabilities, I punched out three white hearts and three red hearts and glued each of the hearts together. I then glued the three hearts together and added it to the popped up balloon base. Bakers twine was added to each side of the balloon along with a fun loop above. Clean, simple and easy! I hope you were inspired by my card today.
Before I go, I would like to announce the winner for the bakers twine giveaway. Congratulations to Mary Lou, please email me your addy so I can get your goodies off to you.

So clever!! Love the heart ballon and the dimension and the texture of the hearts. very pretty
how cute & fun! I don't have the scalloped heart only the plain one, but still I bet it would make a pretty card too. TFI
