Our Creative Corner - Got Something Old & Giveaway

Happy Saturday everyone! Today's project sample was created for this week's challenge over at Our Creative Corner. Got something old in your stamp room that you have been saving to use? Now is the time to use it & WOW us over at Our Creative Corner!!

Our February hostess, Linda Coughlin, has challenged us to use something old. Everyone is welcome to play along ~ feel free to use your favorite stamps and supplies.

For my sample I used an old template that I have been waiting to try. This template was designed by Julia Bettencourt from Julia Bettencourt.com. This 3D coffee/tea mug is perfect for filling up with fun goodies! For those that LOVE coffee or might be sick with a bad bug ~ you might give this project a try! Since I am have been SO love sick over seeing A-Ha in concert this coming May, I had to squeeze in one more project for Valentine's Day. Most of my supplies are not so old but I have saved a few templates that I have been wanting to try! If you stop by Julie's Blog, please let her know that I shared her template idea ~ thanks!
Oh and the tea bag was a last minute add, this adorable idea came from this week's featured designer over at the OCC ~ Dawn B from My Stamping Thyme. Directions: Open tea bag and empty. Add punched hearts and seal with a NEW staple.

Before I go, I would like to wish all those participating in the Olympics a very good run! May God watch over all of you and your families ~ thanks for the memories, God Bless!!

Have a wonderful weekend and don't forget to stop by the OCC to see the other wonderful samples by the Design Team. Want to win my my project, leave me a comment telling me what you favorite sport is during the winter Olympics and one lucky winner will win along with some May Arts ribbon. The winner will be announced on Tuesday, February 16th.

Super sweet project this week, Jennifer. Lovely idea - I especially like the little tea bag of hearts. And it's another project done in Kraft which I absolutely love but never think to use myself!
Hope you are having a wonderful weekend.

Hugs,
Linda

Your creative project would make wonderful gifts for my friends!
Sometimes, a small group of us
take a weekend away and stay at a
friend's time share! I always try
to take little things to give them
while we are there. Since, they are
tea and coffee drinkers, this cute
template would be perfect. Many
thanks for the chance to win!
My favorite sport in the winter
Olympics is Figure Skating.
Such a lovely and graceful sport.
Happy Valentine's Day.....Cindi

I love to watch the figure skating. I haven't caught a lot of it this year though.... My work schedule has been hectic, with work at 5 am so mostly I head to bed really early. :(
Thanks for sharing your cute project!

I'm so glad you finally got to use this template! It's super cute. Great job on the challenge.

PS. I clicked on your link from the OCC blog, and it didn't work. I think you have a typo in your link.
