Our Creative Corner - Color Challenge & Giveaway

Hello and thanks for stopping by! Today’s card is for this week’s challenge over at Our Creative Corner. This week our August host, Loretta Lock has challenged us to create a card/project using shades of purple. As always, we warmly invite you to play along, please use your favorite stamps and supplies.

For my design, I have incorporated a few challenges into one card:
Our Creative Corner - Shades of Purple
Pile it One - watercoloring
Stamps and Smiles - Sketch Challenge
Creative Inspiration - Distressing
Dutch Dare - Punches

For my background paper, I spritz some watercolor paper with water and dropped on some purple re-inkers and air dried. Once dried, I spritz on some purple ink using my marker and distressed it. The layers were added along with the sentiment. To finish off the card, I created a flower using my heart Nestabilities and added a couple of swirls and a bow.

We would LOVE it if you played along with us over at Our Creative Corner. There is no time limit on our challenge, so please play along whenever you are able!! If you upload to Splitcoast, please include OCCC in the keywords.

Before I go, I have some goodies to giveaway, leave me a comment and you will be entered to win the card above along with some fun goodies from my stamp room. I will announce the winner on August 6th. Have a wonderful weekend & don't forget to stop by the OCC to see the other fun samples by the Design Team!

Hugs & Smiles,
