Cindy Haffner
Jackie Pedro
Jodi Collins (guest designer)

Here is my sample using the last set of the release called Egg Hunt. This set measures 4 x 6.
For fun, I created a stair step card. We did these a while ago on Splitcoast and I thought this stamp set worked so well on this accordion card. You can find the instruction for the card here. For my layout, I colored all of the images, cut them out and arranged them on the card. I was so upset at my coloring the last two days... I did not have enough Copics that matched my SU paper, so I ran out for a quick moment today to stock up on some colors. YEA!!

For my sample below, I created this adorable room card. You take a piece of 8 1 /2 x 8 1/2 and fold it an half, long way, then again the other way. Cut up to the center and fold in. Add your wall paper before you glue the room together and have fun decorating!! If you are inspired by my cards today, I would LOVE to see your samples. Please post your sample here so I can see how much fun you had making one of these layouts!!

Before I go, I wanted to tell you that I have passed 200,000 hits!! YEA!! Check back soon, I will have some fun blog candy to giveaway!! Happy Stamping...

Hello everyone and thanks for stopping by! Before I begin with my post, I would just like to thank all of you for stopping by yesterday!! I really appreciate you taking the time to write to me and wish me well with my new endeavor!!

Are you ready for another sneak peek?!?! Today's samples are from the stamp set "Mama Bunny Loves Me". This set includes two sentiments and fun embellishments for endless fun!! This set measures 4 x 6. All five sets will be available on Friday, February 27th.

My layout is from the Stamps and Smiles Sketch Challenge "SASSC2". Mercy Kerin is my sketch designer and she has created 4 awesome sketches for the release week. Want to win this set... stop over to the Stamps and Smiles blog for all of the details!!
Here is a fun project I created. I took a piece of 12 x 12 paper and scored it on all four sides at 4.25. I cut the the inner panels and folded it. The carrot is sitting in smaller piece of paper that was cut and stuck inside the box. To fit the carrot, I used a circle Nestie. To finish the box, I added paper grass around the carrot.

Oh and before I go, here is another sneak peek for Wednesday NEW set.

SC216 You are Egg-tra-special

Happy Wednesday... Thanks for stopping by!! Today's card is for this weeks Sketch Challenge "SC216". Since I have been super busy, I took a little time off to stamp today's challenge over at Splitcoast. Looking through all of my paper, I noticed I have extra SU prints pack, so I decided to use some of the colors up. These colors (Wild Wasabi, Real Red & Apricot Appeal) are out of my comfort zone, but really seem to work with the card and the layout.

Since I LOVE chocolate, I of course had to add some chocolate chip cardstock and this awesome ribbon from Stampin' Up! The adorable image from Stampin' Up is from Stampin' Up! called A Good Egg. After I stamped the chick on the white cardstock, I stamped it again on apricot appeal and cut it out. I then layered the cut out image onto the white cardstock. The image was stamped again onto the red polka dot paper and the shell was cut out. I then layered the shell right onto the chick and popped it up using Stampin' Up! dimensionals.

Want to see some more samples using this wonderful sketch, click on this link and it will take you to the Splitcoast challenge gallery.

Before I go, I would like to announce the winner for the Twitterpated paper samples. Congratulations to Jenny Gropp from One Krafty Kat, please email me your addy so I can get your goodies out to you. jdmeyer6@sbcglobal.net

Please stop by tomorrow, I will have another fun card to share using more paper from the Twitterpated collection.

OCC Sketch Challenge & Giveaway

Happy Valentine's Day!! Thanks for stopping by... Today's card is for this weeks challenge over at Our Creative Corner. Laurie Schmidlin is our host and today she has created a fun sketch challenge. We would LOVE if you played along with us. If you download your card to Splitcoast, please remember to use OCCC in the keywords.

For my card I decided use some of my NEW Imaginisce paper called Twitterpated. The paper is SO sweet and SO pretty too! This darling image is called Dust Bunnies, isn't it so sweet?! I colored it using my Copics and added some pink poinsettia by Shimmerz. Since I am not one to add flowers, I think they did the trick!! To finish off the card, I added a swirl using my doodle parts by Nestabilities and topped it off with some pearls.

Want to see some other fun samples using this sketch... Stop by Our Creative Corner. We also have a special guest designer this week, Tosha Leyendekker from Stamp Talk with Tosh.

Before I go, I would like to announce the winner for the watermark. Congratulations to Vicki Wizniu from Wizard's Hangout. Here is my email Vicki, let me know when you are ready to create your NEW watermark. jdmeyer6@sbcglobal.net

Want to win some of this Twitterpated paper by Imaginisce? Leave me a comment and you will be entered to win a few sample sheets. I will announce the winner on Wednesday, February 18th.
Well, I am off to celebrate my sons birthday, he turned 4 today! :D Have a wonderful weekend!!

Happy Friday...

Hello & thanks for stopping by! Today's card is another fun card I cased from the NEW Stampin' Up! catalog. You can see the card I cased on page 156. My daughter asked me to make her some Valentine cards to pass out to some of her friends. These were super easy to mass produce and even has a pocket to add some candy or gum.

For my design, I used a medium Stampin' Up! Envelope and punched out one of the ends using my scalloped edge punch from Stampin' Up. A piece of pink pirouette cardstock was placed inside the envelope and the corners were rounded using the corner rounder punch. The kraft cardstock was crimped and wrapped around the envelope. Since I LOVE polka dots, I used some of my NEW ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon and wrapped that around the kraft cardstock. For some added fun on the front of the card, I punched out two hearts using my heart Nestabilities and stamped on the sentiment from the Sweet Valentine set by Verve.

Enjoy your weekend!! Please stop by tomorrow, I will be posting my OCC card along with a fun giveaway.

Still waiting... Plus a Giveaway

Hello & thanks for stopping by!! I finally got my catalog from Stampin' Up and since I have not gotten my order yet, I decided to case a card from it. The card is on page 177. I changed it up just a bit. Instead of a pink heart (that's not like me, right) I chose red with the chocolate and some kraft. I also added the swirl form the Nestabilities doodle parts, layered with a felt heart and a button. The background was embossed using the forest branches by Cuttlebug.

So what kind of things did you order from the NEW catalog? Got a favorite card you want to case? Leave me a comment and you will be entered to win a custom watermark. I will announce the winner on Saturday, February 14th.

Have a wonderful week!
