CC142 Holiday Hello...

Here is a fun card I did for yesterday's color sketch CC142. For this card, I used my Cuttlebug on the background panels and used my white craft pad to give it a soft glow. The snowman is embossed with white embossing powder. Frayed ribbon was added along with some white snowflakes using my Cuttlebug snowflake die.

Figgy Pudding Cards...

Here are two quick cards using a Figgy Pudding card kit from Basic Grey.
I of course had to add my personal touch!

Warm Wishes...

Here is a fun card I made using a beautiful layout from Lauraly. Laurie's card really inspired me to make a fun Christmas card. When you open this card, there is a hot chocolate packet inside. The pull out tag says "Sending warm thoughts your way". This card was so much fun to make and it will truly warm anyone's heart.

LSC143 Joy...

Here is my card for this week's Limited Supply Challenge LSC143. I just LOVE my NEW Basic Grey ink and paper. For this card, I cut out and oval on the top layer of Basic Grey, then embossed it with my snowflake Cuttlebug embossing folder. The inside piece is stamped with snowflakes and just to add a little hint of color I stamped baby snowflakes in Soft Sky and sponged Soft Sky over them. I LOVE the way it turned out and it might be one of my Christmas cards to send out.

CC141 Let It Snow...

Here is a quick card I made for this week's color challenge CC141. I colored the snowman using my ink pads and blender pens.

FS41 Joy...

Sorry for posting so late, but I have been extremely busy with my secret Santa stamp camp, Thanksgiving, shopping and doctor visits. Things have slowed down a bit so I am posting cards I did that I did not have time to post earlier.

I made this card for this week's Featured Stamper FS41. Shelly AKA "Papermoon04" has a beautiful style and design. She also leaves the most thoughtful comments on everyones cards. This card inspired me for my design. Congratulations Shelly, this one is for you. :)
Have a great weekend, Jennifer :)

Secret Santa Stamp Camp

I am sorry I have not posted, I have been very busy with my biggest Stamp camp of the year. Its my Secret Santa Stamp Camp and I made everything, from the auction items to their Christmas presents.
Lots of fun but a lot of work.

Here is a picture of the auction items.

Here is a close up of one of the tree's. The gingerbread men were made with cork. Other ornaments were made using my sizzix dies.

This is Pam & Katie and they are unwrapping their gifts. Everyone received pictures frames and homemade Christmas tags.

ULAS Let It Snow

Here is a fun card I did for the Up Late & Stamping gallery. The challenge was to create a scene using your favorite snowman. I just LOVE this set "Jolliest Time of The Year".

For my scene, I stamped the snowman and masked some of the tree's behind and around him so they would overlap. I colored everything in with colored pencils and spondged on the sky. They snow was created using the liquid applique and heated to puff. The bottom of the card is just ripped cardstock and layered. I sponged on some brocade blue to add debth.

Whimsical Snowman...

Here is a card I did for today's Limited Supply Challenge LSC140. I won't be posting it in the LSC140 gallery because I did put glitter and a bow on my card and it states NOT to. However, it will be in the main gallery.

This card is only 2 layers. The top piece of white cardstock is embossed with snowflakes. The oval was a template that I placed over the white cardstock. I then stamped and colored my image with colored pencils. Keeping the template in place, Versa mark covered the oval opening and iridescent ice was added and heated. I put some silver cord on it and pierced around the oval.

Simple & Fun! I have more goodies for you later and my Blog candy giveaway.
Have a wonderful weekend,
Jennifer :)

Hannah & Jake Halloween 2007

Here is Hannah in her costume before we went Trick or Treating.

Jake's picture was taken last night, he would not stand still for pictures today!

Our Pumpkins...

My husband did these last night. It took about 2 hours and by the morning the cut-out images were already collapsing.
