TLC193 Decorative Border Technique

Hello & thanks for stopping by! Today's card is for this week's Try a NEW Technique Challenge "TLC193" over at Splitcoast.

Here is what you will need:
Cardstock, Circle Cutter (Nestabilities - coluzzle, or other larger circle cutter)Decorative Corner Punch (corner guide removed)Pencil, Copy paper (for pattern)
